• 100 g Mix farsan (approx. 1 cup)
• 60 g Poha chivda (approx. 1 cup)
• 30 g Salli wafer chivda (approx. ½ cup)
Method / Instructions
  1. 1. Dry the Bread: Take the bread slices and dry them completely in the sun until crisp.
  2. 2. Add the Crunch: Break the dried bread into smaller pieces in a mixing bowl, add the mix farsan, poha chivda, and salli wafer chivda, and mix well.
  3. 3. Grind: Transfer the mixture to a mixer-grinder and pulse into a coarse, crumb-like texture. Do not grind into a fine powder. Jamjo ane Jamarjo!
