Method / Instructions
  1. 1. Combine Ingredients: In a large stockpot, place chicken bones, chopped onion, carrot heads, celery leaves, coriander stems, and green chillies.
  2. 2. Add Aromatics & Spices: Stir in ginger-garlic paste, black peppercorns, bay leaves, and salt.
  3. 3. Simmer: Pour in water to completely cover all contents, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer gently for 1 to 1.5 hours.
  4. 4. Strain & Store: Strain through a fine sieve. Use this foundational stock in upcoming soups and various culinary recipes! Jamjo ane Jamarjo!
