Dil Mil Potato Paratha
Ingredients
2 cups Boiled Mashed Potatoes½ cup Sorghum Flour (Jowari Atta)
1 cup Wheat Flour
½ tblsp Freshly Mince Garlic
1 cup Dil Chopped
2 No Green Chillies Chopped
1 tsp Jeera Powder
Salt to taste
Oil, Butter for basting
Tips & Notes:
You can use a combination of Millet flour 0r Sorghum Flour for this recipe too.Method
In
a bowl mix well together mashed potatoes, garlic, dil, jeera powder
& chillies. Add jowar atta and wheat flour in the potato mixture and
knead well. Add little warm water if needed to soften the dough.
Take
a large ball from the dough and roll a thick paratha of it. Dust some
Jowar atta if needed. Then with a fork prick some designs on the
paratha. Heat the tava or non stick pan and roast fry with some oil or
butter from both side until golden crispy.
