Tomato Prawns Spaghetti

Ingredients

200 gms Spaghetti
200 gms Prawns Cleaned and Deveined
cup Tomato Puree
2 tblsp Minced Garlic
tblsp Red Chilli Flakes
2 tblsp Olive Oil
½ cup Basil Leaves Chopped
¼ cup Chopped Parsley
¼ cup Chopped Phudina
Salt per Taste
Grated Parmesan Cheese

NOTE:- The measurements in this recipe can vary depending on your taste.

Tips:- Do not oil the pasta while boiling or the sauce will not coat to it evenly.


Method

Cook spaghetti according to the packet directions. (Or Shown in Recipe Aglio e Olio)
Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium flame. Add garlic and saute for 2-3 minutes. Add crushed red pepper, and stir.
Add tomato puree, stir, and reduce heat to medium. Add prawns and let it cook for 10 minutes – stirring occasionally – or until the oil separate from the tomato puree.
Mix in fresh herbs, salt, and pepper; taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
Once pasta is cooked, drain it, add it to the sauce and and stir to coat the spaghetti. Reduce heat to low, cover pan, and let spaghetti cook in the sauce for 2-3 minutes.

GarNICHE with Grated Parmesan Cheese, Chopped Parsley, and serve hot.
