Szechuan Bhuna Chicken

Ingredients

2 cups Boneless Chicken Shredded
1⁄2 cup Green Capsicum Finely Chopped
1/2 cup Chopped Tomatoes Seeded
1 cup Szechuan Sauce Click Here for the Recipe
Black Pepper Powder

Method

Heat a wok and add Szechuan sauce and chicken. Saute chicken for 5 to 7 minutes until thoroughly coated and dry. Add capsicum and saute for another 3 to 5 minutes. Now add tomatoes and stir once again for 2 minutes.

Season with black pepper powder and enjoy with Paratha. Enjoy!!
