Method
Cut naans into 2 halves like a sandwich bread and keep aside.
Take
a no stick frying paan and put it on medium heat and add butter. Add
garam masala, jeera powder and roast for 10 to 20 sec. Add onions,
tomatoes, green chillies and saute for 2 minutes. Add mashed potatoes,
bhurji, kheema, haldi powder, and red chilly powder and mix mash it
thoroughly. Add more butter if you like. Season with salt and remove
from heat.
Add chopped kothmir pudina, a lemon juice and mix it nicely and keep aside.
Take
the naan and on the bottom half spread the mixture like a thick layer.
Place the Top of the other half and keep the sandwich aside. Make all
the other sandwiches similarly.
Take
the same frying paan or a tava and heat it on medium heat. Put some
butter and roast the sandwich from the bottom part first. Once it's
crispy, turn it on other side and roast it again till its crispy.
Once done, cut it as you like and enjoy with sliced onions and a dash of lime.

Tip:
If
naans are not available you can use Pav Bhaji Breads, Slice bread,
French Breads, Pita Bread or simply make the Ghotala and enjoy with
Slice Bread.
If you do not have kheema, you can use any left over
chicken or mutton gravy.
NOTE:
But the gravy has to be absolutely dry
and boneless.
