Chocolate Brownie

Ingredients

100 gms Butter
40 gms Dairy Milk Chocolate
2 tbsp Coco Powder
2 nos Eggs
¾  cup Maida
½  tsp Vanilla Essence
½  tsp Baking Powder
1 cup Powder Sugar
Handfull of Walnut – Crush it coarsely

Method

Pre-heat oven to 200°C. In a double boiler add butter, chocolate and coco powder and melt it into a thick sauce. Keep it aside for cooling.
In a large mixing bowl add egg and beat it until fluffy. Add sugar power, vanilla essence and whisk again thoroughly.
In a wire mesh sieve maida and baking powder together and mix it with beaten egg. Add in chocolate sauce mixing thoroughly until smooth.
Grease a flat baking tray with oil. Pour the batter and shake the tray to spread evenly. Place the tray in the oven and bake it on 160°C for 35 to 40 minutes. Bring the tray out and cut the cake into choice of shape, let it cool and enjoy!!
