ChatPate Aloo
Ingredients
500 gms Baby Potatoes
3 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Jeera
1 tsp Rai
1 tblsp Ginger Grated
2 tsp Chilli Powder
1 tsp Dhania Powder
¼ tsp Haldi
2 Nos. Green Chillies Chopped
Salt to Taste
Few Curry Leaves
A small bunch of coriander leaves, chopped
Lemon Juice for Taste
Method
Boil the potatoes in water until 90%. Drain and peel of the skin. Keep it aside.
In a wok, heat oil until smokes. As soon as the oil smoke lower the heat and add curry leaves, chopped chilli, mustard seeds, ginger and jeera until fragrant. Add in the coriander powder, chilli powder and the dash of turmeric. Stir in potatoes and fry until the potatoes are well coated with spices. Season with salt and GarNICHE in the coriander leaves with Lemon juice. Enjoy!!
