Tangy Kebabs
Ingredients
400 gms Minced
Meat
2 Nos Medium
Size Oranges
2 tblsp Orange Tang Powder
2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1 tsp Cumin (Jeera) Powder
2 tblsp Olive Oil
Few Finely
Chopped Coriander Leaves
Salt as per
Taste
Method
Add minced
meat in a mixing bowl. Scrape 1 orange rind in the minced meat and than add both orange
juice, tang, ginger garlic paste, cumin powder olive oil, coriander and mix well.
Layer the
mixed minced meat in a pie tray. Bake it for 25 to 30 minutes on 180° C. After
25 minutes remove it and check if the kebabs are done and juicy. Cut into lengthwise
and serve with choice of dip or chutney. Enjoy!!
