Paneer Jalfrazi
Ingredients
300 | gms | Paneer |
1 | cup | Green Beans |
2 | nos | Tomatoes Chopped |
2 | nos | Onions Sliced |
2 | cups | Sliced Red and Yellow Bell Peppers |
2 | nos | Whole Red Chilli |
2 | tsp | Crushed Ginger |
2 | tsp | Crushed Garlic |
1 | tsp | Cumin Seeds |
1 | tsp | Red Chilli Powder |
½ | tsp | Haldi Powder |
2 | tsp | Dhania Powder |
½ | tsp | Garam Masala |
Oil as per need | ||
Salt-to taste |
Method
Cut Paneer into medium thin long pieces. In a pan add about 2 tbsp of oil and saute the paneer on medium high heat until golden. Transfer in a tray.In the same wok heat oil and add cumin seeds until they splutter. Add the sliced onions and chilli. Saute until translucent. Add the ginger and garlic and saute for few seconds and add all the spices and mix well until fragrant.
Add tomatoes, toss a little and add the peppers and beans. Toss and cook for about 5 to 6 minutes, but do not overcooked. Add the fried paneer and toss well again. Season it and...
