Paneer Jalfrazi

Ingredients

300 gms Paneer
1 cup Green Beans
2 nos Tomatoes Chopped
2 nos Onions Sliced
2 cups Sliced Red and Yellow Bell Peppers
2 nos Whole Red Chilli
2 tsp Crushed Ginger
2 tsp Crushed Garlic
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
½ tsp Haldi Powder
2 tsp Dhania Powder
½ tsp Garam Masala


Oil as per need


Salt-to taste

Method

Cut Paneer into medium thin long pieces. In a pan add about 2 tbsp of oil and saute the paneer on medium high heat until golden. Transfer in a tray.
In the same wok heat oil and add cumin seeds until they splutter. Add the sliced onions and chilli. Saute until translucent. Add the ginger and garlic and saute for  few seconds and add all the spices and mix well until fragrant.
Add tomatoes, toss a little and add the peppers and beans. Toss and cook for about 5 to 6 minutes, but do not overcooked. Add the fried paneer and toss well again. Season it and...
