Quick Twist - Breakfast

Ingredients

12 Nos Chapattis (Rotis)
6 Nos Eggs Whisked
½ cup Milk
2 Nos. Green Chilies Chopped
½ tblsp Freshly Grated Ginger
½ tblsp Haldi Powder
2 tblsp Ghee
½ cup Hara Dhania Chopped
1 cup Cream Cheese
1 cup Grated Cheese
1 cup Apple Chopped
Last Night Left Over, Gosht, Veggies, Or Potatoes
Salt, Pepper & Sugar to taste

Method

Take a pan and add a tsp of ghee and roast apples. Add some sugar, seasoning and roast it until soft, remove from heat and keep it aside.
Take a frying pan and heat ghee. Add green chillies, ginger, and stir in whisked eggs and mix well. Season and scramble the eggs until cook. Remove from heat and keep it aside.
Take a chapatti and place a spoon full of scramble eggs in the centre and spread evenly leaving some space on the edges of the chapatti. Layer some left over potato or boneless meat or any veggies. Spoon some roasted apples, cream cheese and grated cheese. Roll and fold the chapattis, brush some oil over and roast the rolls on tava from both sides crispy.

Serve it quickly with a glass of orange juice.
