Omelette Rolls

Ingredients

8 Nos Eggs
¾ cup Milk
¼ cup Maida
2 cup Julienne Mix Veg (Carrots, Tomatoes, 3 color Capsicum)
½ cup Onion Chopped
½ cups Cream Cheese
1½ cups 1000 Island Sauce
Butter/Ghee/Oil for frying
Salt to Taste
Chopped Fresh Herbs

Method

Make thin large omelet in a frying pan. Try to make as big as possible by turning and twisting to cover the pan completely. Don’t over cook the omelet. Remove in a plate and cool it.

When the omelet is completely cool, take on a flat surface and spread it. Spread the cream cheese over the omelet. Layer julienne veggies, onions and pour some 1000 island sauce over it.

Carefully wrap the omelet in a thick tight roll. Cut the roll into pinwheel pieces and serve cold or hot.
