Nihari Masala

Ingredients

125    gms    Akha Dhania
25    gms    Ajwain
25    gms    Green Elaichi
25    gms    Cloves (Loong)
50    gms    Star Anis
75    gms    Jeera
50    gms    Sauf (Fennel Seeds)
25    gms    Black Elaichi
25    gms    Haldi Powder
25    gms    Black Salt Powder
50    gms    Red Chilli Powder
75    gms    Red Color Chilli Powder
75    gms    Ginger Powder
4 - 5    nos.    Tej Patta
15    gms    Critic Acid

Method

Dry Roast all the whole masala in a skillet and grind to fine powder. Now mix all the powder in a bowl and store in a air tight container.

Maze and Nutmeg are also used in original Nihari flavor. I have avoided in this recipe. If you wish to use you can add
25    gms    Maze Powder
25    gms    Nutmeg Powder
