Mango Chutney Egg Sandwich
Ingredients
1 Loaf Sandwich Bread4 Boiled Egg (Vegetarian can use Paneer mixed with Masala Mash Potatoes)
For Spread
2 no. Ripe Mango Tick Pulp (Unsweetened)2 tblsp Green Chutney (Click here to see the Recipe)
1 tsp Calonji (Onion Seeds)
½ tsp Chaat Masala
Butter
Salt for taste
Method
In a fry pan, toast 2 bread slice from one side to crispy brown.Add all the spread ingredients in a bowl and mix it into thick chutney. Peel and slice boil eggs, keep it aside.
Take toasted bread slices and on the un-toasted side, apply generously the mixed chutney on both the bread. On one bread layer sliced boiled eggs as much as you like and sandwich with another chutney slice. Serve or Enjoy!!
