Egg in the Bread

Ingredients

1 no Egg
3 no Thick Bread Slices
Butter
Oil
Salt and Pepper as per taste

You shall need

Cookie Cutter
Manual Sandwich Toaster

Method

Drizzle some oil in manual toaster and keep it ready.
Take one slice of bread and cut round shape in the center, remove the center part and keep it aside.

Spread butter on both sides of the hole cut bread and keep it aside.
Take 2 bread slices and spread butter evenly on each of the bread slice.
Place one bread slice on a board or a plate.
On top of it place holed slice.
Crack the egg and drop it in the center of the bread carefully.
Sprinkle some salt and pepper as per taste on the egg.
Drizzle some oil over the egg.
Sandwich the 3rd slice over this egg slice.
Carefully pick up with a flat spatula and place it in the manual toaster.
Closed the toaster tightly and roast the sandwich evenly, turning the toaster from both sides on high flame.

After 5 to 8 minutes check if the bread is toasted golden brown. If done remove the sandwich and Enjoy!!
