Bread Pizza

Ingredients

6          nos      Bread Slice
1          cup      Milk
1          cup      Left over chicken curry
2          nos.     Capsicum Sliced
1          cup      Cooked Mushroom Sliced (Optional)
Red Chilli Flakes as per your taste.
Oregano for seasoning.
Salt and Pepper for seasoning too.
Grated mozzarella Cheese as much as you like.
Grated Cheddar Cheese as much as you like.
Some oil for brushing and cooking.

If you love making pizza at home and do not have oven (even if you have) I would suggest buy a CAST IRON PAN with lid.

For Vegetarians you can replace the chicken curry with mix vegetable or paneer curry.

Method

Before making pizza, debone the chicken pieces from the curry and saute it completely dry. While sauting mash the chicken so that it can be like shredded chicken.
Heat a non stick frying pan and drizzle some oil on it. Pour milk in a flat shallow dish and dip the bread slices. Remove the slice squeezing off extra milk and place these slices in the pan arranging evenly like a pizza base.
Spread the the mashed chicken over the layered bread slices evenly. Now arrange capsicum slices, mushrooms if using. Spread grated cheese all over the layered base and sprinkle oregano, chilli flakes and seasoning as per taste.
Cover the pan and the pizza cook for 20 minutes on a medium low heat. Uncover the pan and slightly pick up the pizza and check if the crust is crispy brown. If done, remove on the chopping board and slice the pizza to enjoy a feast. Enjoy!!
