Hara Bhara Shorba

Ingredients

2     ltr    Chicken Stock
1    cup    Shredded Chicken
1    cup    Chopped Green Onions
1    cup    Avocado Fruit Diced
½    cup    Cherry Tomatoes Diced
½    cup    Coriander Chutney
½    cup    Fresh Green Lemon Juice
1    cup    Finely Chopped Coriander
½    tblsp    Minced Garlic
½    tsp    Jeera Powder
2    tblsp    Butter
Seasoning to Taste

Note: Vegetarians can substitute Chicken Stock with Veg Stock and Shredded Chicken with Roasted Paneer Cubes.

Method

In a large pot heat butter over medium heat and once hot, add green onions, garlic saute until tender. Add chicken stock, tomatoes, cumin, season with salt and pepper to taste.
Bring the soup to boil over medium-high heat. Once the soup boils simmer the heat. Stir in green chutney, chopped khotmir and avocado. Season the soup accordingly and lemon juice.
GarNICHE with Shredded Chicken, Cheese or Cream
