Cheese Pineapple Bun Burger

Ingredients

1 Sweet Bun

1 Thick Slice Pineapple

1 Slice Cheese

1 tsp butter

1 tsp Sugar Powder for Dusting

Strawberry Jam as per taste

Method

If you are using fresh pineapple then cut it into thick slice and remove the core. Take a frying pan and heat butter on a medium heat. Place pineapple slice in the pan and dust some sugar powder over it. Turn the slice and caramelise the pineapple for about a minute or 2. Turn the slice and repeat the step. Both side of the pineapple slice should be caramelised evenly. Remove it and keep it aside.

Sandwich cut the bun into two halves and spread jam on both the halves of bun according to your taste. Place the caramelised pineapple and then a slice of cheese. Sandwich the bun and serve to your kids or in their lunch box. They shall enjoy this burger and will want more. Enjoy!!
