Poha Corn Pakoda

Ingredients

200 gms Corn Kernels
1 cup Poha
3 tblsp Besan
1 no Big Onions Finely Chopped
1 no Green Chilli
1 tblsp Grated Ginger
½ tsp Haldi Powder
2 tsp Jeera Powder
1 pkt Eno Fruit Salt
Finely Chopped Coriander
Salt as per taste
Oil for frying

Method

Grind coarsely corn kernels and poha together and remove in a mixing bowl.
Add onions, eno fruit salt and all the other ingredients, including coriander leaves.
Sprinkle a hand full of water and knead the mixture into semi thick dough.
Leave aside until the oil gets heated for frying.

Once the oil is hot drop medium size portions in the oil and fry the pakodas until crispy golden brown. Enjoy!!
