Oats Brulee

Ingredients

2 cups Oats (your choice of variety)
1 cup Custard Cream (Instant Custard Packet)
3 cups Water
½ tsp Salt
1 tsp Butter
2 nos Bananas, sliced
¼ cup Brown sugar
Bournvita as per need

Method

Make custard cream a night before Sehri (Suhur) according to the packet directions. Boil water and stir in the oats until thicken. If you require little more thin add more water. Divide equally the oats into 4 serving bowls. Keep it in refrigerator for before serving.
In a frying pan heat butter, once melted add in bananas and toss it. Add in brown sugar and stir with bananas until sugar melts. Remove from heat. Take one portion of the oats bowl, pour custard cream as per the taste.
Scoop banana syrup on the oats custard and Sprinkle some bournvita and Enjoy!!
