Good Morning Pizza
Ingredients
Few Bread Slices (Trim the edges)1 cup Milk
2 No. Eggs (you add one more if you like more)
1 tsp Butter
Grated Cheese
Slices of tomatoes
Dry Oregano to Sprinkle
Salt and Pepper as per Taste
Method
For those who have Oven
Pre-heat oven to 220°C. In a large bowl whisk milk, eggs and salt and pepper together thoroughly. Take an oval or square shape baking tray. Butter it evenly. Dip bread slices in the egg mixture and layer it evenly in the baking tray.Keep the tray in the oven and cook the layer for 10 minutes on 220°C temperature.
Remove the tray and layer with grated cheese, then tomatoes slices. Sprinkles salt and pepper if required and oregano. Once more keep the tray back in the oven and let the pizza cook for another 15 to 20 minutes on 180°C. Once done, remove the pizza and serve this instant break fast pizza. Enjoy!!
For those who do not have Oven
Take a non stick fry pan. Butter it evenly.Dip bread slices in the egg mixture and layer it evenly in the pan.
Cover the pan and let it cook on medium high heat for 7 to 8 minutes.
Remove the pan from the heat and uncover the lid.
Layer the bread base with grated cheese, then tomatoes slices. Sprinkles salt and pepper if required and oregano.
Cover the pan and keep it for cooking on medium low heat for another 10 to 15 minutes. Uncover the pan and check if the pizza is done. Once done, remove the pizza and serve this instant break fast pizza. Enjoy!!
