Egg Masala Roast
Ingredients
6 Hard Boiled Eggs, Shelled
1 Large Onion Sliced
2 Green Chilies Chopped
½ tblsp Freshly Grated Ginger
½ tblsp Freshly Crushed Garlic
1 tsp Garam Masala
1 tsp Jeera Powder
1 tsp Chili powder
1 Stm Curry Leaves
½ tblsp Haldi Powder
Salt to taste
3 tblsp Ghee
Method
Slit eggs gently till centre but not completely.
Heat a pan, add ghee. Once ghee is hot add curry leaves, grated ginger, garlic, chillies and saute for a minute. Add onions and fry till they turn translucent. Add all the dry powder masala, salt and mix well.
Now add eggs and toss them till they are well coated with entire masala.
GarNICHE with herbs, lemon juice and serve with hot Chapattis. Enjoy your Breakfast.
