Chicken Kofta Dipped in Red Bull Sauce

Ingredients

400 gms Minced Chicken
1 no. Egg
1 cup Breadcrumbs
1 cup Chopped Celery
1 tblsp Onion Powder
½ cup Green Onions Chopped
cups Red Bull Sauce
Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper to taste

Ingredients for RBS:

1 cup Olive Oil
3 cups Steaming Hot Meat Stock
1 tblsp Butter
4 tblsp Brown Sugar
5 tblsp Tomato Sauce
2 tblsp Tabasco Sauce
¼ tsp Garlic powder
¼ tsp Onion Powder
¼ tsp Dried Oregano
¼ tsp White pepper
¼ tsp Chili powder
Salt to taste

Method

In a large bowl, combine minced chicken, egg, breadcrumbs, salt, onion powder, pepper, and some of green onions. Mix well, roll into round koftas about golf ball size.

Take a shallow fry pan and drizzle oil and heat it. Fry meatballs just until the outsides are firmed crispy and lightly coloured. Transfer meatballs into a Sauce pan. Pour and cover the koftas with red bull sauce. Cover the lid  and cook on simmer for 30 minutes.

GarNICHE koftas on top of Spaghetti with grated cheese and green onions. Enjoy!!!

Method for RBS

In a large bowl, whisk all the ingredients in the meat stock, let it cool and Enjoy!!!
