Arabic Kheema Pizza

Ingredients

200 gms Kheema (Wash the meat before making kheema)
1 no Large Tomato Chopped
1 no Onion Finely Chopped
4 Pizza base or Pita Bread
Olive oil as per need
Some Pine Nuts (You use blanch Almonds, or any other nuts)
Salt and Crush Black Pepper

Method

In a large bowl add kheema, onion, tomatoes, 2 tblsp olve oil, salt and pepper and knead it thoroughly so that all the tomato juice is infused in the kheema properly. Cover and keep it aside.
Pre-heat oven to 220ºC degree.
Take a pizza bread and scrape off the top coarsely.
Brush some olive oil over it. Take a heap full of kheema mix and layer it evenly spreading all over the bread.
Top some pine nuts over the kheema.
Grease a baking tray with oil and place the kheema pizza and bake it for 15 to 20 minute on 220ºC degree.
