Sweet Corn Soup

Ingredients

2          cups     Corn Kernels
5          cups     Chicken or Veg Stock
2          tblsp    Cornstarch
½         cup      Carrots Diced Small
¼         cup      Green Bean Chopped
3          Spring Onions, Finely Sliced
½         tsp       White Pepper Powder
½         tblsp    White Vinegar
½         tblsp    Oil
Sugar to Taste
Salt to Tatste

Method


Take a tblsp spoon of corn kernel and blend it in a blender and keep it aside.
Take a wok and heat it on medium high flame. Add oil and let it smoke. Add veggies, corn plup, stir and immediately add stock. As the stock boils, add corn kernels and bring the soup to boil. As soon as the soup comes to boil, dilute the corn starch in water and make a thick cream and add in the soup and stir to thicken the soup as required.
