Plain Garlic Prawns
Ingredients
400 gms Prawns50 gms Butter
1 tblsp Minced Garlic
Chopped Coriander Leaves
Seasoning to taste
Method
Clean and devein the prawns leaving the tail intact. Sprinkle seasoning and let it stay for a while. After fifteen minutes or so strain all the water from the prawns and squeeze it tightly.Heat about in a non stick wok and add minced garlic, prawns and stir fry. Once the prawns shrinks and is cooked sprinkle finely chopped herbs over the prawns and stir once again.
