Plain Garlic Prawns

Ingredients

400 gms Prawns
50 gms Butter
1 tblsp Minced Garlic
Chopped Coriander Leaves
Seasoning to taste


Method

Clean and devein the prawns leaving the tail intact. Sprinkle seasoning and let it stay for a while. After fifteen minutes or so strain all the water from the prawns and squeeze it tightly.
Heat about in a non stick wok and add minced garlic, prawns and stir fry. Once the prawns shrinks and is cooked sprinkle finely chopped herbs over the prawns and stir once again.
Transfer prawns to a platter and...

GarNICHE with chopped coriander Leaves, and Serve.
