Pesto Sauce

Ingredients

1 cup Parsley (You can use fresh Coriander only if Parsley is not available)
4 to 5 pods Garlic
2 tblsp Pine Nuts - "Chilgoza" (Substitute Kaju or Badam)
½ tblsp  Jeera
3 tblsp  Olive Oil
Few Mint Leaves
Green Chilli As Per spiciness
Lemon Juice as per Taste
Salt as Per Taste

Method

Blend all the ingredients in a blender. You can add more olive oil if you need to store this sauce for future use.
