Jaggery Chilli Dip

Ingredients

100 gms Jaggery (Gol)
1 no Lemon Juice
50 gms Garlic
50 gms Small Fresh Red Chillies
50 ml Olive Oil
Salt as per Taste.

Method

Usually this sauce is made in mortar and pestle but you can use a blender with grinder jar.
Slit the red chillies from the middle and remove the seeds. Grate jaggery and keep it aside.
Mix chillies, jaggery, garlic and olive oil in the blender and blend it into thin smooth paste. Heat a sauce pan and add this mixture in it and cook it for 2 to 3 minutes until hot. Add salt as per taste, lemon juice and preserve it or have it with any grill or barbecue dishes. Enjoy!!

Note: You can adjust the taste accordingly.
