How make Hung Curd?

1 kg Curd
Method
To make hung you will
need a muslin cloth. In a bowl place the muslin cloth and pour all the curd in
it. Carefully pickup the cloth from all the corners and tie it tightly from the
lowest of the bag and as near to the curd, so that the whey from the curd drips
out thoroughly. Hang this bag over the kitchen basin or over a safe place where
the water dripping from the bag is drained easily. Keep this curd hanged up to
eight hours at least.
The best is to keep
it over night so that next morning you can use for your recipe.
