Crunchy Apple Chutney

Ingredients

2          Green Apple
1          Green Chili
1          cup      Fresh coriander Leaves
½         Lemon Juice
½         tsp       Black salt or as per taste.
2          tblsp    Olive Oil
Piece of Ginger
Sugar as per taste

Method

Peel one apple and chop it into medium pieces. Add the chopped apple, ginger, coriander in a blender and blend it. Remove in a mixing bowl and add black salt, jeera powder, green chili, lemon juice and mix well. Keep the apple paste mixture aside.
Without peeling, grate the second apple to thick shreds. Heat olive oil in a frying pan. Toss in grated apple and coat it with sugar. Saute until sugar melts and pour it over the apple paste. Mix it thoroughly and serve it with your choice of Barbecue kebabs, sandwiches or in breakfast with poach eggs. Enjoy!!
