Chocolate Sauce

Ingredients

100 gms Dark Chocolate slab
50 gms Unsalted Butter
250 ml Cream
2 tblsp Sugar Powder

Method

Take a double boiler and in the lower pot add enough water that it touches the upper pot’s bottom. Heat it on a medium low heat until the water starts boiling.
Make small pieces of the chocolate slab and put it in the top pot. Holding the pots carefully melt the chocolate until smooth. Add butter and let the butter melt. Once the butter is melted stir in cream and sugar. Mix thoroughly until a smooth liquid texture is achieved.

Remove it from the heat and let the sauce cool down. Once cooled fill it in a jar and Enjoy!!
