Chicken / Veg Frankie

Ingredients

1 cup Left Over Boneless Chicken
6 nos. Chapatties
4 nos. Eggs
½ cup Finely Sliced Onions
½ cup Finely Chopped Tomatoes
½ cup Finely Chopped Capsicum
Jeera Powder as per Taste
Chat Masala as per Taste
Salt as per taste
Ghee / Oil for Frying

Method

If you have left over chicken or chicken masala with bones, boneless it, shred it and discard the bones. If the gravy is liquidy, heat the gravy along with shredded chicken until dry.
In a large bowl whisk eggs and keep it aside. Take a frying pan and heat a tblsp ghee/ butter or oil. Heat it. Take a chapatti and lay flat on a plate. Take one tblsp of chicken and place it little off center of chapatti and spread it length wise. Layer some sliced onions, then tomatoes, then capsicum. Sprinkle some jeera powder, chat masala, seasoning and roll the chapatti. Dip the rolled chapatti in the whisked eggs and shallow fry it immediately, evenly.
As soon as the frankies are fried line up in a plate and... GarNICHE with grated cheese.

Tips & Notes:

Vegetarians can use leftover veggies with grated paneer and instead of eggs they can use flour (Maida) batter, or gram flour batter.
