Basic White Sauce
Ingredients
2 cups Milk
1 cup Fresh Cream
½ cup Maida
50 gms Butter
½ tsp Green Chilli
Paste
Black Pepper Crushed
Salt to Taste
Method
Warm milk and cream
together until boil point. Remove and keep it aside. Heat a non stick sauce
pan. Add butter, once the butter melts add green chilli paste, flour and stir vigorously
until thick and shiny. Slowly add milk cream mixture in a stream and keep stirring.
If needed add little water to give the sauce a cream texture. Once the sauce
cooks, add black pepper and salt to taste. Remove from heat and use it as er
your recipe or requirement. Enjoy!!
