Baked Cheesy Potatoes

Ingredients

2 Large Potatoes
3 Large Tomato
200 gms Paneer
Grated Cheese
Fresh Chopped Herbs
Chilli Powder for spiciness
Salt and pepper to Taste
Olive Oil

Method

Pre heat oven to 220°C. 
Wash potatoes. Slice potatoes with wafer slicers into thick chips with skin. Slice whole tomato similarly.
Slice paneer too into same thickness and shaped it as potato slice.
Now in a baking tray, line up a baking sheet. Brush some olive oil on it. And on the tray...

Step 1:

Place one potato slice, sprinkle some seasoning and place a tomato slice, sprinkle some chilli powder, salt, then place paneer slice.

Step 2:

Now place tomato slice on the paneer, sprinkle chilli powder, salt, then potato slice, seasoning it and cover it  with grated cheese. GarNICHE with fresh herbs.

Done? Repeat Step 1 & Step 2 with all the other left ingredients and row it on the baking tray. Put the tray in the oven for about 35 to 40 minutes.

Remove the tray and say cheeeeeeze. Prick a tooth pick straight in the center of the heap. Carefully pick it with a flat spatula and serve in a saucer dish. Enjoy!!
