Teriyaki Chicken DrumSticks

Ingredients

500 gms Chicken Drumstick
1½ cup Teriyaki Sauce (Click for Recipe Here)
1 cup Chicken stock
Sesame oil as per need
Sesame seeds
Green Onion Leaves

Method

Slit some cuts on the chicken drumsticks and transfer it into a large bowl.
Add in teriyaki sauces, chicken stock and mix well. Marinate these drumsticks for about 4 hours in the fridge.

Pre heat oven to 240 degrees C. Take an oven dish and arrange all the drumsticks and pour in the marinated sauce over it. Sprinkle about 2 tblsp sesame oil and let it cook on 200 degrees C to 220 degrees C for about 20 to 30 minutes, or until chicken is done and the sauce is well coated.
Remove from the oven and plate it...

GarNICHE with green onions, sesame seeds (White Til),  Serve and enjoy!

NOTE: For those who do not have an oven can roast it in a nonstick pan. Recommended Oven cooking.
