Tangy Butter Pineapple Corn Masala
Ingredients
250 gms corn kernels
50 gms Melted Butter
1 tblsp Sugar
50 gms Grated Cheese
1 tsp Chaat Masala
½ tsp Chilli Powder
½ tsp Haldi Powder
½ cup Pineapple small chunks
1 tsp Orange Tang Powder
½ cup Orange pulp (Optional)
Pinch of Salt to Taste
50 gms Melted Butter
1 tblsp Sugar
50 gms Grated Cheese
1 tsp Chaat Masala
½ tsp Chilli Powder
½ tsp Haldi Powder
½ cup Pineapple small chunks
1 tsp Orange Tang Powder
½ cup Orange pulp (Optional)
Pinch of Salt to Taste
Methods
Boil
corn kernels adding haldi powder, salt and sugar. Once boiled, drain
the water and add the corns in a mixing bowl. Add all the other
ingredients and mix well. Serve hot in small portions with candy spoons.
