Steamed Chutney Potato

Ingredients

500 gms Potatoes
½ cup Lemon Juice
½ cup Orange Juice
1 tblsp Sugar
2 tbslp Spicy Green Chutney
Salt and Pepper as per taste
Fresh Chopped Mint Leaves

Method

Thickly slice potatoes in chips style and boil in a sauce pan until 60% done. Do not overcook it.
Drain the water and add the potatoes back in the sauce pan.
Add lemon juice, orange juice, sugar and cover the pan and let the potatoes cook in citrus juice on simmer for 10 more minutes.
Uncover the lid and remove potato slices and layer it on a serving tray.
Now remove the left over juices from sauce pan and blend it with green chutney.

Drizzle this blended chutney sauce over the potatoes, GarNICHE with chopped mint leaves and ENJOY!!
