Prawns Cocktail Salad

Ingredients

225        gms            Cleaned, Deveined Prawns
4            tblsps          Mayonnaise
4            tblsps          Fresh Cream
2            tsp              Tomato Ketchup (Do not use Sauce)
2            tsp              Lemon Juice
2            tbsp            Butter
Dash of Worcestershire Sauce
Dash of Tabasco Sauce
Freshly Ground Black Pepper
A Few Lettuce Leaves, Shredded
Lemon Slices, to Garnish

Method

In a fry pan heat butter and saute prawns until done. Remove and keep it aside.
Put the mayonnaise, cream, tomato ketchup, lemon juice, worcestershire sauce and tabasco sauce in a small bowl, and mix together. Season with black pepper.
Add the prawns and stir well until the prawns are coated.
To serve, put the shredded lettuce in the bottom of a exotic juice glass, and top with the prawn mixture. Garnish each prawn cocktail with Lemon slices, some more lettuce leaves and serve cold.
