Patta Gobi aur Mutter
Ingredients
1 head Cabbage½ cup Frozen Peas
1 no. Large tomato
2 tblsp Oil
1 tsp Mustard Seeds
1 tsp Jeera
1 tsp Haldi
1 tsp Chilli Powder
Few curry leaves
Coriendar for GarNICHE
Lemon Juice for taste.
Method
Cut cabbage from middle into two halves and then again each halves into two and remove the tough core. Chop finely all the quarter parts of cabbage so that it should be like shredded. Chop tomatoes into wedges and keep aside.
Heat oil in a large kadhai. Once the oil is heated add jeera, rai, and curry leaves. Add dry powdered masalas and peas. Saute for few minutes and add shredded cabbage. Keep sauteing the cabbage until mixed well. Sprinkle salt as per taste, add tomatoes and sauté again.
Cook the cabbage as per your choice of crispness. GarNICHE with finely chopped coriander leaves and lemon juice. Serve with garma garam chapatti or phulkas. Enjoy!!
