Paneer & Lemon Broccoli

Ingredients

1½ cups Broccoli Florets
1 cup Flavored Paneer
½ cup Fresh Beans Seeds (Optional)
1 cups Veg Stock
1 tsp Lemon Juice
2 tbsp Cornstarch mixed in 2 tblsp water
1 tsp Grated Ginger
¼ tsp Grated Garlic
½ tsp Light Soya Sauce
1 tsp Oil
2 Whole dry Kashmiri Red Chillies
Salt and
White Pepper Powder to Taste

Method

Blanch Broccoli Florets with a inch of salt and keep it aside. Cut paneer pieces into square, and set aside. In a wok, heat oil and saute red chillies, ginger and garlic till fragrant. Add paneer pieces, broccoli, salt, pepper, and light soya sauce and toss the paneer until coated with sauce completely. Add veg stock and bring to boil.

Note: This recipe is adaptable to any vegetables too. You can add green peas if beans not available.
