Lobia Phalli Stir Fry
Ingredients
250 gms Long Beans Chopped1 no Onion Finely Chopped
½ tblsp Garlic Minced
½ tsp Rai
2 Dry Red Chillies
1 Green Chilli Chop’d
1 tbsp Grated Coconut
A few curry leaves
2 tsp Oil
Salt to taste
Method
Boil the beans in 1 cup water along with salt and a pinch of turmeric powder till they turn soft. Drain the water and set aside.
Heat oil in a kadai. Add mustard seeds and dry red chilli, curry patta and saute. When seeds splutter, add onions, garlic, green chilli and and saute well until onions turn soft and translucent.
Now add the boiled long beans and fry for 2 minutes on a low flame.
Finally add the grated coconut and mix well. Stir fry for a minute and remove from heat. Served.
