Lasuni Thecha

Ingredients

½ cup Roasted White Til
½ cup Roasted Peanuts
½ cup Dry Coconut Powder (Khaman)
8-10 Clove Garlic Finely Chopped
4 Green Chillies Finely Chopped
2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Jeera Powder
1 tblsp Oil
Salt as per taste

Method

Coarsely grind peanuts and sesame seeds in a grinder and keep it aside.
Heat oil in a non stick frying pan and add garlic, green chillies and saute until flavours. Add khaman, roast for 30 seconds and remove from heat. Mix well and let it stay in the pan and cool down.

Once cooled, add ground mixture, powdered masala, salt as per taste and mix well with your hand so that all the flavour combine into a perfect condiment.

Spice up with Vada Pav, kabab Pav, Bread pakoda etc.
