Kheema Paneer Ghotala
Ingredients
½ kg Mince Meat
2 no Onion (Chopped)
250 gms Cottage Cheese (Paneer)
1 tsp Turmeric
1 tblsp Crushed Red Pepper/Capsicum
1½ tblsp G/G/GC Paste
2 tblsp Ginger Chopped
1 tsp Crushed Black Pepper
1 Lemon Juice
2 tblsp Oil
2 tblsp Ghee
Salt as per Taste
Fresh Coriander and Mint leaves Chopped for GarNICHE
2 no Onion (Chopped)
250 gms Cottage Cheese (Paneer)

1½ tblsp G/G/GC Paste
2 tblsp Ginger Chopped
1 tsp Crushed Black Pepper

2 tblsp Ghee

Fresh Coriander and Mint leaves Chopped for GarNICHE
Method
Mince paneer coarsely and keep it aside.
Heat oil in a kadhai.
Add onion and fry them until light brown. Removefried onions with a slotted spoon and keep it aside.
In the same kadhai add ghee and heat it until smokes.
Add in kheema, G/G/GC paste, all the dry masalas and sauté until the kheema is cooked.
Add in minced paneer, stir cook for another 3 minutes.
Heat oil in a kadhai.
