Karari Fried Chicken - KFC
Ingredients
750 Gms Chicken Pieces
2 Cups Sour Yogurt
1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
1 tsp Chilli Powder
1 tsp Dry Oregano
1 tsp Dry Basil
1 tsp Pepper Powder
1 tsp Dry Paprika
1 tsp Ginger Powder
1 tsp Dry Oregano
1 tblsp Garlic Powder
All Purpose Flour as per requirement
Salt to Taste
Oil for frying
2 Cups Sour Yogurt

All Purpose Flour as per requirement

Oil for frying
Method
In
bowl mix all the dry ingredient and yogurt. Add salt as per taste with 2
cups of water and mix well. The consistency of the batter should be
medium creamy. Marinate chicken pieces in this batter for about six
hours.
Now
spread all purpose flour in a working tray. Take a piece of chicken
along with the marination and roll it in the flour completely. Keep it
aside. Do this with rest of the chicken pieces too.
In a deep frying pot heat oil and fry these chicken pieces crispy brown.
