Kabuli Pan Fried Cauliflower

Ingredients

500 gms Cauliflower, Separate the Florets
½ cup Boiled Kabuli Chana
100 gms Cherry Tomatoes cut into Halves
2 Nos. Green Chillies Chopped
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Jeera Powder
1 tblsp Ginger Minced
2 tblsp Garlic Minced
2 tsp Chilli Powder
1 tsp Dhania Powder
¼ tsp Haldi
Salt to Taste
A small bunch of coriander leaves, chopped
Lemon Juice for Taste

Method

In a large bowl add in cauliflower florets, chana, tomatoes, green chillies and all the dry masala. Add in olive oil and mix well.
Heat a frying pan. Add in the veggie mix and roast the veggies on medium heat stirring occasionally. Do not cover the pan, keep roasting until florets are soft and done. Season with salt, lemon juice and GarNICHE with chopped hara dhania and serve with garma garam phulkas. Enjoy!!
