Honey Browny Chicken

Ingredients

500 gms Boneless Chicken Diced
½ tblsp Minced Garlic
½ cup Soya Sauce
¼ cup Apple Juice
½ tblsp Brown Sugar
½ cup Honey
1 tblsp Ketchup
½ tsp Red Pepper Flakes
1 tblsp Corn Starch
Salt & White Pepper Powder
1 tblsp Oil for Frying

Method

In a large bowl put minced garlic and all the liquid sauce and whisk well. Add seasoning, taste it and keep it aside.
Heat a wok or frying pan add oil. Add diced chicken and toss - roast it until cooked and glazed. once the chicken is cooked, add the sauce mixture and simmer the heat. Toss the chicken to coat sauces well. Sprinkle corn starch tossing 2 or 3 times.

GarNICHE with Green Onions and serve on steam rice.
