Step 1
Boil milk into the saucepan and set over medium heat. Once the milk boil simmer it and stir the milk occasionally, scraping the bottom of the pot to make sure the milk doesn't burn.Step 2
Remove the milk from heat. Stir in any flavour as desired and according to the taste. Once the flavour is perfect, stir in the lemon juice and salt. The milk should begin to curdle immediately. Cover the milk and let stand for 10 minutes to give the acid time to completely separate the curds and whey.Repeat Step 3 to 6 from Basic Paneer
