Egg Pie

Ingredients

6 nos. Eggs
4 to 6 Slice Bread
2 Large Potatoes Grated
1 Large Onion Sliced
100 gms Cherry Tomatoes
1 cup Methi Bhaji
1 cup Palak Leaves
½ cup Milk
1 cup Grated Cheese
3 tblsp Butter
1 Green Chilies Chopped
½ tblsp Haldi Powder
Salt, pepper as seasoning

Method

Whisk the eggs, season it and keep it aside. In a pot boil water, add some salt and blanch palak leaves and remove aside.
Take a frying pan and grease it with butter. In a large bowl take milk and wet the bread and layer in the frying pan. Spread grated potatoes on the layer of bread, season it. Layer sliced onions and pour all the whisked eggs on top of it.
Melt butter and pour all over the eggs evenly along with grated cheese. Layer the palak and methi bhaji evenly all over. Cut half cherry tomatoes and...

GarNICHE on top over the bhaji and seasoning as per taste.

Heat a tava on high flame and keep the frying pan on the tava covered for 7 to 10 minutes. Simmer the heat and open the lid and check with a knife, if the knife comes out clean the pie is ready. Enjoy your Breakfast.

Note: You can bake this dish on 375 degree pre heated oven for same time, too
