Easy Fried Rice

Ingredients

3 cup Cooked Jasmine Rice
1 cup Boneless Chicken Cubes
½ cup Frozen or Boil G/Peas
½ cup Carrots Sml Diced
½ cup Green Beans Chopped
3 stk Green Onions Chopped
1 tblsp Garlic Minced
2 Large Eggs
3 tblsp Soya Sauce
1 tblsp White Vinegar
Oil as per need
White Pepper Powder to Taste
Salt to Taste

Jasmine is a long-grain aromatic rice, White variety is less sticky mostly used for making Thai and Chinese rice dishes.

Method

In a large non-stick wok, heat 3 tsp oil over medium high heat. Once hot, add chicken pieces, season lightly with salt and white pepper and saute until cooked through. Transfer chicken to a plate and set aside.
Return to the wok again on medium high heat, add again 3 tsp oil. Add peas, carrots, french beans and toss and saute for a minute. Then add garlic and saute once again. Transfer the veggies to a plate and set aside.
Once again return to the wok and add eggs cook and scramble it. Add the cooked chicken and veggies and toss evenly to mix everything properly. Slow down the heat at this point.
Add Soya sauce, vinegar, some seasoning if required, then toss in the cooked rice and mix all the ingredients thoroughly. Adjust the taste of the rice and sauce as per your need.
Bring the flame to high once again and add green onions and toss one or two times and off the heat.
GarNICHE with green onions and serve.
