Dil Mil Potato Paratha

Ingredients

2 cups Boiled Mashed Potatoes
½ cup Sorghum Flour (Jowari Atta)
1 cup Wheat Flour
½ tblsp Freshly Mince Garlic
1 cup Dil Chopped
2 No Green Chillies Chopped
1 tsp Jeera Powder
Salt to taste
Oil, Butter for basting

Tips & Notes:

You can use a combination of Millet flour 0r Sorghum Flour for this recipe too.

Method

In a bowl mix well together mashed potatoes, garlic, dil, jeera powder & chillies. Add jowar atta and wheat flour in the potato mixture and knead well. Add little warm water if needed to soften the dough.

Take a large ball from the dough and roll a thick paratha of it. Dust some Jowar atta if needed. Then with a fork prick some designs on the paratha. Heat the tava or non stick pan and roast fry with some oil or butter from both side until golden crispy.

GarNICHE with grated mango chutney or your choice of Salad and enjoy.
